Indications: :
- Generally indicated in Femoral neck fractures with a shortened femoral neck due to bony resorption
- Patients with limited femoral neck above the lesser trochanter
- Displaced fracture of the neck of femur
- Absence of neck
- Low or distal neck fracture of femur
- Osteoporotic fracture with femur neck
- Fractures secondary to malignancies
- Bony secondaries-Pathological facture
